I ordered eight packs of knot s-curl crochet braid hair off of this site. My order was processed the next business day and I recieved my order the following business day. Talk about prompt. I would recommend this site to a friend and I would order again.

My order was processed the SAME day! Or so I thought. After one whole week of not knowing the status of my order, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with a rep and asked her for the status of my order. She told me my order was processed (still no progress from the previous week!) and would be calling me back to let me know the status (shipping, transit, delivery date etc.) Well, I did not recieve a call back until ONE WHOLE DAY LATER! She called to tell me one of the items I ordered were out of stock. I don’t see why a product will still show on the site if it’s out of stock. I was furious, could I have at least have gotten an email prior to calling??? She tried to give me a $5 off coupon for my next purchase [LOL]. I informed her that I would not be ordering from them again. The order was shipped out 02/05/09 via FedEx and arrived 02/07/09. Let me add that my order was 0.8 pounds YET, shipping was amost $10! I would not recommend this site to a friend.

I ordered two full cap synthetic wigs, a wig cap and one drawstring ponytail. All on sale! (wigs -9.99, pony 6.29). The $6 flat shipping rate was a plus as well ($7 if you add insurance).  Processing time was three days. Order was shipped out and arrivedf five days later. I would order again and I would refer to a friend.

I ordered two full cap synthetic wigs, and one drawstring ponytail. All on sale! (wigs -9.99, pony 6.99) Processing time was three days. Shipping was very low, just over $4. I did not like that my order was shipped out in two installments, or so I thought. I would have prefered to have just one shipment.  Package one was shipped out and arrived four days later. Ten days after placing the order, I get a call from clairhair.com. Unfortuately one of my items was backordered indefinately. I was given a refund . I would order again but I would not refer to a friend.

They were having a special on vitamins and small paperback books. I orderered five bottles of vitamins and three small paperback books.  All orders placed before 1 pm PST are processed and shipped out the same day, as was mine. I recieved my order 2 DAYS LATER. I would order again and I would refer to a friend.
